Large Groups

Mars Hill Kids has three large group environments; preschool, elementary (K-3) and Club 45 (4-5). Each week, large group leaders teach biblical truths through music, Bible teaching and creative media. We use a mix of live teaching and dynamic video elements to teach the Bible with age appropriate concepts that the children can apply.

Small Groups

Every Sunday, your child will attend the same small group classroom. This is a great way for the children to establish friendships and build relationships.  Here, the topic for the week is introduced through age-appropriate activities. After the Large Group experience, they return to the classroom and are taught how to apply the weekly lesson to their lives.

Curriculum

Our mission is to partner with you as you bring up your children in the discipline and instruction of the Lord (Ephesians. 6:4). The Gospel Project consists of weekly lessons that help all ages dive deep into the big story of the Bible—God’s plan to rescue His people through His Son, Jesus Christ.

PARENT RESOURCES

We recognize that you as the parents are the primary disciplers of your children. To partner with you in that lifelong commitment, below you'll find some resources and information about what we're studying in Children's Ministry so you can follow along with your children at home.

Unit 32: The Church Grows

As opposition to the church grew, the church grew along with it. Just as Jesus had said it would, the church began in Jerusalem, had grown into Judea, and was about to expand into Samaria and toward the ends of the earth. First, God needed to help believers understand that as the church grew, they were one church united in Jesus.
